July 10 is Chronic Disease Day. The NHC provides a unified voice for the more than 160 million people with chronic diseases and disabilities. Chronic Disease Day is an important opportunity to bring attention to and advocate for all people with chronic conditions and the issues they face.

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed and exacerbated existing health inequities in the U.S. health care system and how people with chronic conditions are impacted. The NHC is dedicated to raising awareness and advocating for a society in which all people have access to quality, high-value, sustainable, equitable, and affordable health care. Join us in working together to advance health equity, build healthier communities, and better support those with chronic diseases.

On July 10, join Chronic Disease Day organizers for a webinar on Addressing Health Disparities and Promoting Health Equity with keynote speaker Dr. Nathan Stinson Jr., Division of Scientific Programs, National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities. This webinar will also feature policymakers, experts, and community advocates who will discuss issues impacting the chronic disease community after the COVID-19 pandemic. Register now!
