The National Health Council has created a Facebook page to help you get connected and stay connected to people like yourself – people with chronic diseases or disabilities and their family caregivers who face the everyday challenges of trying to get good health care. Our page is also designed to raise awareness about the health care needs of the more than 133 million Americans with a chronic condition.
