The National Health Council Resource Directory

The National Health Council Resource Directory is a dynamic service where patients with chronic diseases and disabilities and their family caregivers can find links to various patient advocacy groups, government services, and useful resources.

You can search the database three different ways – from a pull-down list of assigned organization categories, by selecting from a list of link tag categories, and by typing in key words that allow you to search description information provided by the organization.
