Next Week’s Annual NHC Health Leadership Conference Attracts Record Number of NHC Member Nonprofit Leaders

Next week, more than 140 National Health Council (NHC) member nonprofit leaders, sponsors, and guests will connect at the 2023 Health Leadership Conference in Coral Gables, FL.

This year’s theme, Change Agents for Patient Health, offers attendees an opportunity to network and exchange best practices with other leaders in the nonprofit patient group community.

A dynamic agenda has been developed. Speakers will focus on topic ranging from leadership, being a catalyst for change, building and driving momentum, and taking action. Highlighted speakers include:

  • Opening keynote speaker and Innovation Theorist John Nosta, who will speak on the future of health and medicine.
  • A fireside chat with Wendy Ellis, Assistant Professor at George Washington University and Director, Center for Community Resilience at the Milken Institute, who will explore the progress on health equity.
  • Speaker Anthony Shop, Co-Founder + Chief Strategy Officer at Social Driver, who will discuss how you can be your organization’s Chief Influencer.
  • Speaker Kevin Allan, Executive Vice President at Changing Our World, will discuss the relationship between philanthropy and mission impact.

Also, back by popular demand – two Attendee Show and Tell sessions, where leaders can share their successes (or growth opportunities) and what lessons they learned.

Attendees will also have many opportunities to connect and network with their peers including through social and networking activities.
